On the property is an old house of approximately 70 m², in a rather deteriorated condition, as well as two stone ruins corresponding to old animal pens, totaling approximately 40 m².
Part of the house has a collapsed roof and another part is still standing. It consists of three rooms, two of which are connected to each other and the third with independent access.
This is a 3-hectare farm with forested land, with some ancient cork oaks and olive trees.
The land is generally sloping, although it has some flat areas. It is fenced, although the fencing is in poor condition.
Access to the farm is via a dirt road of just under 4 km from the main road that connects Faraján with Alpandeire. The property is located approximately 15 minutes by car from both Faraján and Alpandeire.
