This farmhouse has over 200 m2 of living space on one floor. It has two distinct wings, each with its own separate patio. One section has been renovated and is in good condition. It features a central patio with a barbecue area and a shower, and along one side, a building comprising an open-plan kitchen, a small living room with a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two fairly large bedrooms, as well as two small storage rooms of approximately 6 m2 each.
