The house was renovated almost 20 years ago. It is laid out around a central patio with a barbecue area and a shower. Surrounding the patio on one side is a building comprising an open-plan kitchen, a small living room with a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two fairly large bedrooms, as well as two small storage rooms of approximately 6 m² each.
The house is very bright and in good condition, ready to move into, although everything is quite basic and dated. The house has high ceilings, and the electrical wiring is fairly new. It has aluminum windows.
A traditional footpath runs through the property, passing by the side of the house and providing access to the neighboring property, with which it shares one side of the building. It has well water and a natural spring, as well as irrigation water rights from the stream. There is a large water storage tank and a couple of additional tanks. It has sunlight, with relatively good equipment.

The land is approximately 11 hectares, facing south and west. It borders the river for about 300 meters and is almost entirely fenced. It is mostly wooded, with several distinct areas. Near the house, the land is flatter and has many different fruit trees. To the side of the house, towards the river, there is a moderate slope with olive trees. In the higher areas, there is a section with cork oaks, including about 50 mature holm oaks and 150 saplings. There is another area at the top with chestnut trees and numerous pine trees on the steeper slopes.

Located bordering the Genal River, in a quiet area, it is accessible via a dirt track of about 5 km from the village of Jubrique.
