This plot of approximately 16 hectares borders the river and has a ruin with preserved walls. The land is flat at the bottom and has a medium-high slope at the top.
The building is an old country house of approximately 70 m2 spread over two floors, with a partial loss of the roof and mezzanine. It needs a complete renovation, but the walls may be partially preserved.
It has no water or electricity. It is not fenced. Northeast facing.
Oak trees and scrubland in the upper part, with some old orange trees in the lower part.
Located in the lower part of Benarrabá, in a fairly unspoiled area, with the river at the lower limit and public scrubland in the upper part. There are no neighbors. Access by track of approximately 2 km from one of the main roads in the area.
