The farm comprises approximately 16 hectares of land, partly flat and partly with moderate to steep slopes along the stream banks. It borders two streams and the mountain ridge. It has a natural spring.

The property is wooded with carob, holm oak, and wild olive trees, as well as an orchard with fruit trees: many old orange trees, mandarin trees, a few pear trees, and persimmon trees.

There is a water tank that needs repair and the remains of three adjacent buildings, which are roofless and in a rather dilapidated state.

Access is via a dirt track, requiring a 4×4 vehicle for much of the year. Located in a very quiet area within the municipality of Gaucín, about 4 km from the main road and about 12 km from the town.

Ideal for horses or for a permaculture project.
