The property has an area of ​​2 hectares. The upper part is relatively flat, while the lower part is on a slope. The plot is crossed by the access road from Victor. To reach it, it is necessary to pass through two gates and the entrance to the house.

It has 300 avocados and about 170 olive trees, all in full production, as it is a young plantation. Last year approximately 5,000 kg were harvested. In addition, there are some orange and mango trees. The property is completely fenced.

It has a prefabricated shed for storing tools and has electricity supply through solar panels, with a small equipment installed. The water comes from both the mains and the Panerón stream, from where it is pumped to a pond for irrigation.
