The cortijo has part of the roof fallen down and part standing, in need of complete renovation. It consists of two areas, one of one floor and the other of two floors with a courtyard in the middle. Bordered by two streams to the East and West, public road in the lower part and in the upper part by the access road which is shared with the neighbour who owns part of the original courtyard which is to the rear of the cortijo of this property. Access by dirt track in good condition for about 4 km from the Ronda road and from the Carretera de Cortes.
