Farm of 3.6 hectares, mostly planted with olive trees and with an open-plan country house of about 35 m2, with a fireplace. It has well water with a solar pump and electricity from a solar installation. The northeast-facing land is not fenced and has a steep slope throughout almost its entire length, it is completely lane-tracked. The trees present are mostly manzanilla-type olive trees, with about 1,200 feet that can produce an average of 8,000 kg of olives. It also has some forest with some pines, carob trees, almond trees and chaparros, as well as some fruit trees in the area next to the well and the pool: avocados, lemon, orange trees and laurel. Access by rail first with about 2 km of concrete and then another 2 km of dirt, quite well preserved but necessary on all roads. Quite isolated property located about 15 minutes from Monda and about 35 minutes from Marbella.
